1. What hours are your Customer Service representatives available?
Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (EST) You may call 1-800- 486-6053 for any questions with patterns, orders and/or feedback.
2. What makes you different from other companies that offer woodworking plans?
We offer "Full-Size" patterns! There is no photo enlargement required. Scroller Ltd. offers more NEW exclusive patterns than any other scroll saw company out there and we stand behind our patterns. If we make a mistake we'll fix it!!
3. Do you offer any type of Guarantee?
You bet! If you're not fully satisfied, simply return your unused merchandise in new condition along with the original invoice and a brief explanation within 30 days. We will reimburse the merchandise cost as quickly as possible. Please Note! Videos and Books are non-refundable items
4. Do you have a retail outlet or showroom I can see the finished projects?

5. Is there a means of suggesting NEW pattern ideas to you?

6. Do you strictly sell "Scroller only" patterns?
Although most projects are designed "in-house" here at Scroller, Ltd., many customers have requested that we offer other designers/companies patterns as well. We have added many new designer's patterns over the past few years to accommodate this request but sometimes they are just not available to us to advertise. Let us know the patterns you're looking for and we'll do our best to offer them. WE WANT TO MAKE YOUR SHOPPING EASY!
