All patterns made available for purchase via this website, our printed catalog or downloaded/printed from this server (“patterns”) and the actual projects themselves (“projects”) are the copyrighted works of Scroller, Ltd. and/or its suppliers.

The purchaser of a Scroller, Ltd. pattern is granted the right to hand make the copyrighted project on that pattern for their own personal use, as a gift to a friend or relative, to sell in small quantities at local craft shows, flea markets, gift shops, etc., and to sell on their own website as long as they meet certain requirements. Please contact Scroller, Ltd. to qualify.

Any other use of our patterns or projects, not specifically authorized in writing, such as copying the patterns (in whole or in part), selling the patterns (unless you are an approved reseller), making pre-cut kits of the projects, mass production of the projects (or a “knock-off” of the projects) or any type of commercial use (such as unauthorized use of our patterns, projects or images in any form of advertising, film or television work) is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
